Go to the "cave man" in the cave south east of midgar. Go inside and talk to him. He will probably tell you how many battles you were in. The trick is to have the last two number of battles bouth the same number and they have to be even numbers. Then you should get a peace of mytheril from him. Take the mytheril to the lone house on the peninsula and geve it to the gut there. In return he will let you open a chest. Pick the one on the top of the stairs for the fourth limit break manual.

After that and you are on the third disc go back there enter and you will get Vincents Final Weapon and last limit break...
