John McLaughlin's "Dance of Maya" from The Mahavishnu Orchestra's
~Inner Mounting Flame~ LP is a whirl of harmonic and rythymnic impositions...
Sort of, "On Green Dolphin Street" in 'C', meets the Blues in 'E', 
in 10/8th meter, although John McLaughlin announced it (on a bootleg live 
recording) as being in "20" (20/16ths).

 The chords here are a masterful introduction to basic broad dominant 7th 
voicings, and germane, if spacy, substitutions, on transitions, a couple more 
way out than Jimi Hendrix's patented ~E7 #9~ from ~Purple Haze~.
