Joruus C'Boath was born on the planet Bortras. When he was 17 he began training to be a Jedi. Over the years he became a Jedi master and a strong supporter of the Old Republic. Joruus became a personal advisor to a young senator named Palpatine. Joruus died when he volunterred to search the galaxy for life else where. Joruus departed from Yoga Minor but he didn't make it far out of Old Republic space because a young Imperial officer named Thrawn shot his ship down commanded by Senator Palpatine. Palpatine's attack was the beginning of Palpatines new order whitch killed thousands of Jedi Knights. Joruus was then cloned. His cloning made him mad because his clone grew too fast. Palpatine cloned him hopeing his clone would turn to the dark side. Joruus became incharge of Emperor's Spaarti Cloning Cylinders on Mt.Tantiss. Years later Thrawn came to Mt. Tantiss and found Joruus and the cloning cylinders. He recruted him and promised him two Jedi to teach the dark side. Joruus called to Luke through the force. Luke followed it in search of a Jedi Master to further hid Jedi training. Luke found out that Joruus was evil because he captured Tolan Karrde. Mara Jade and Luke saved him but Luke had a duel with Joruus before he left the planet.The uneasy truce between Thrawn and Joruus grew worse when Thrawn failed to capture Leia and Luke and both were fighting for power. Joruus went back to Wayland with his own troops to take controll of the Sparrti Cloning facility. Joruus made a clone of Luke with the hand that got cut off in their duel in Bespin. Luke, Leia, Tolan Karrde, Mara Jade, and other Rebels went to Wayland to destroy the cloning facility. Mara Jade killed the clone Luke (because of the last command the Emperor told her to kill Luke Skywalker). Joruus then used his dark powers against Mara so Leia used the force so she could see, then Luke let Tolan's pets the Vornskr loose witch distracted Joruus and Mara Jade killed him with Lukes lightsaber. |
