This time it's Doctor Evil(and "the bad guys,") who steal the film away from the still-outrageous Austin Powers. Aimed at adolescent boys, it's filled with the usual: breasts, fast cars, and toilet humor. There are two especially gross sight gags that produce distasteful groans from the audience. When it's funny, it's hilarious, but there are long segments where it bottoms out, and "loses its mojo!" Did I laugh? Of course. But not ALL of the time.
