Sure it's tasteless, vulgar, disgusting, and filled with potty humor, but it's also very funny. The difference between the "humor" of such idiots as Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Kattan (sp?), and Rob Schneider, and the humor of Tom Green in this film, is that Green is CLEVER. He knows the meaning of parody (especially self-parody,) irony, satire, and even a bit of character development. Although I laughed OUT LOUD, a lot in this film, I could never truly feel comfortable recommending it, because so much of it is really disgusting. Rip Torn is excellent as the disreputable father who could easily have spawned the 26-year-old lunatic played by Tom Green. The story has something to do with Green's character wanting to be an animator, and there's his tender love affair with a sado-masochistic paraplegic who considers Monica Lewinsky as a role model. Then there's that thing about animal genitalia... Oh well, you get the picture. But, it IS funny!
