Poor Winona Ryder fought so hard to have this film made, and then she made the mistake of allowing them to cast Angelina Jolie opposite her. Angelina Jolie who could steal a scene away from an actress who had just set her hair on fire! Jolie's scene-stealing performance aside, this is just your standard "Why-am-I-in-this-mental-institution-when-I'm-just-as- normal-as-apple-pie?" movie.We've all seen it many times before, and this one brings nothing new or interesting to the cliche. It also goes to prove that, just because a story is true, it doesn't mean that it can't be boring!
