Shrimp With Garlic Sauce



6 T olive oil 1 clove garlic 3 T lemon juice 1/3 c med. dry sherry pepper to taste salt to taste 4 t parsley 3/4 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined with tails left intact

In skillet heat oil until hot, add garlic and and 2 teaspoons of parsley and cook over med-high heat until garlic is browned lightly. Stir in lemon juice, sherry, pepper and salt, add shrimp and cook, stirring for 4-6 minutes, or until just firm. ransfer to heated plater, spoon sauce over them, and sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons parsley. Serves 2. 1
