Honeybear Brownies
1/3 c butter 3/4 c sugar 1/3 c honey 2 t vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c all purpose flour, sifted 1/3 c cocoa 1/2 t salt 1 c nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" pan. Cream butter and sugar in small mixing bowl; blend in honey and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies start to pull away from edge of pan. Cool in pan. Makes 16 brownies.
