No Bake Brownies
1 can evaporated milk (5.33 oz.) 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz) 3 c graham crackers, finely crushed (app. 18 crackes) 1/3 c pecans, chopped
In medium saucepan combine milk and chocolate chips. Cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Mix in crumbs and nuts on medium speed of mixer until smooth. Spread in greased 8X8X2"pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
