Oven Fried Chicken
chicken margarine seasoned dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425. Coat chicken lightly withmelted margarine and dredge in bread crumbs. Place in an ungreased shallow baking pan and "oven fry" for 7 to 12 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. For crispier chicken; coat pan with 1 tablespoon melted margarine or vegetable oil and preheat in oven for 5 minutes before adding chicken.
