Pork Marinade
1/2 Cup Ketchup 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar 2 T Brown Sugar 1 t Chili Powder 1 t Spicy Brown Mustard 1 t Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 t Salt 2 T Water 1 T Vegetable Oil Dash of Hot Sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate pork several hours or overnight. Remove meat and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1-2 minutes. Baste pork every 10 minutes with marinade. Serve marinade as a sauce with meat.
