Corn Casserole
1 c bread crumbs 2 T butter 1 can corn, whole kernel (12 oz) 2 eggs, beaten 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c onion, finely chopped 1/4 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1/4 t celery salt
Preheat oven to 350. Saute bread crumbs in butter until lightly browned. Mix with remaining ingredients and spoon into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean and mixture is firm. Serve at once.
