Scalloped Potatoes


4 potatoes, pared, cut into 1/4" slices 1 T butter milk flour for dredging
Preheat oven to 350. Put layer of potatoes in buttered baking dish, salt and pepper, dredge with flour, and dot over with 1/2 of butter. Repeat. Add milk until it may be seen through. Bake 1-1/4 hours or until potatoes are soft.
