Daphne's back, and she's a reporter. Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy accompany her around the world as she searches out new stories. Most stories are fifteen minutes; however, there are a couple of half hour stories. Episodes may have originally aired under the series title Scooby's Mystery Funhouse.

Note: Episodes not necessarily in order of original airdate. Shows originally aired under the series title "Scooby's Mystery Funhouse". Most of the stories were shown in pairs - two fifteen minute stories making up one episode.

    • HOUND OF THE SCOOBYVILLES: In Scotland, Scooby is mistaken for the Hound of the Barkervilles.
    • THE DINOSAUR DECEPTION: Near Puerto Vallarta, a dinosaur is seen.

    • SCOOBYGEIST: Daphne tries to prove a house isn't haunted; Shaggy and Scooby find out it is.
    • THE QUAGMIRE QUAKE CAPER: A mud monster is said to be causing earthquakes.

    • WIZARDS AND WARLOCKS: Scrappy plays a Dungeons and Dragons-like game.
    • SCOOBSIE: Scooby joins the cast of the soap opera Genuine Hospital.

    • WHO'S MINDING THE MONSTER?: Scooby and Shaggy babysit for monsters.
    • SCOOBY ALA MODE: At a Paris cooking academy, the gang has an encounter with a ghost chef.

    • THE MARK OF SCOOBY: Scooby dreams he is a Zorro-like hero.
    • THE CRAZY CARNIVAL CAPER: Daphne and Shaggy visit a carnival at their old high school.

    • SCOOBY THE BARBARIAN: Vikings haunt ruins in Norway.
    • NO SHARKING ZONE: On an island called Scaruba, a shark and a seaweed monster interrupt a surfing contest.

    • SCOOBY OF THE JUNGLE: Animals disappear from an African jungle, and an ape man abducts Daphne.
    • SCOOBY-DOO AND CYCLOPS, TOO: Paradise Island is like a certain "fantasy" island, except zombies roam there.

    • THE CREATURE CAME FROM CHEM LAB: The gang visits Hillside High, attended by Daphne's cousin and terrorized by a grotesque creature.
    • NO THANKS, MASKED MANX: An enchanting masquerade ball is held at the estate of Daphne's parents.

    • THE FALL DOG: The gang become stunt drivers on a movie set plagued by a gremlin.
    • THE SCOOBY COUPE: A spectre of sports cars? You bet, at the Annual Auto Show!

    • SCOOBY ROO: The gang faces a "Neanderthal monster" in Australia.
    • SCOOBY'S GOLD MEDAL GAMBIT: A master of disguise passes himself off as Scooby at the World Games.

    • SCOOBY AND THE MINOTAUR: In Greece, Scooby finds a Minotaur, but will he find the Golden Fleece?
    • SCOOBY PINCH HITS: The ghost of baseball legend Casey O'Riley abducts a female pitcher.

    • WHERE'S SCOOBY DOO?: Scooby is the object of a frantic search on the Orient Express.

    • WEDDING BELL BOOS!: Shaggy's relatives reunite for his sister's wedding.
