Brad - much like Rich, never thought his love of music could actually turn into a career.
Born in New York and raised in Queens and Mahwah, New Jersey, Brad listened to bands like Beastie Boys, Public Enemy and the Who. "People used to make fun of me, you know, a white kid in the surburbs, but I didn't care." Brad, who has three brothers, briefly attended the University of Texas at Dallas and did some freelance modeling. At the urging of his older brother, who was living in Orlando, Brad moved east and continued pursuing modeling and singing. "I was always shy", insists the avid basketball fan. "I never danced at clubs, never did any talent shows.
I used to make up songs in the basement. Now I'm on stage in front of thousands of people. It's ridiculous. I love it !"

The LFO Story- From the Lyte Funkie Ones to LFO

The most original, energetic and engaging musical group on the scene these days? None other than Rich Cronin, Brad Fischetti and Devin Lima of LFO, the hottest new act to emerge from Lou Pearlman's Trans Continental Entertainment. Set for an August 24 release, LFO's debut album showcases the trio's vocal and songwriting talents which mesh to form a rich, unique harmonic blend of pop, hip-hop, rap and R&B.

It hasn't taken long for fans and critics to jump on the LFO bandwagon. "Summer Girls," the first single released off their Arista Records debut, is already making a splash in Top 40 radio and has critics buzzing. Entertainment Weekly hails "Summer Girls" as "the beach blanket jam of the summer"; Billboard raves about the hit in the making, saying ""...this novel, mature-sounding track quite likely could be the one to click at the top 40."

After the band's recent appearance on New York City's Z-100. "Summer Girls" became the radio stations number one most requested song. Rich wrote and produced "Summer Girls" as well as another of the CD's catchy tracks, "The Girl On TV". "We all write songs", says Brad, noting that the trio are collaborating on new material for their upcoming tour. "When I'm in love, forget about it! The songs never stop coming."

Other listener-friendly tracks include the soulful ballad "Forever", which features Devin's velvety-smooth lead vocals, and "Your Heart is Safe With Me", penned by Grammy Award-Winning songwriter Diane Warren". "I love performing Forever'," says Devin. "It enables me to sing as freely as I can".

The formation of LFO happened three years ago when Rich, already a hit on the Boston music scene, was visiting Orlando one weekend. There he met Brad, an aspiring model and singer from New York. The two 6'3" performers decided to join forces and Rich promptly returned to his native Boston to pack his bags. "It didn't happen overnight," says Rich. "We worked hard for years."

During that time, the duo honed their singing, dancing and songwriting skills in Orlando. Then last winter, Brad and Rich met Devin, a soloist from Boston whose sweet melodic vocals perfectly complimented LFO's sound. The group recently toured with Backstreet Boys and *N Sync, and opened for LL Cool J last summer. Later this year, LFO will embark upon their own US tour.

"Performing is my favorite thing", says Devin. Rich echoes the sentiment "it's more people that you've ever seen in your life in one place. It's probably the most incredible feeling ever."

"Summer Girls" is just the beginning" Brad promises. "When you see what comes next, you'll be mesmerized"

THE GROUP:

Brad, Devin and Rich have been doing it all. Touring with the biggest acts in the nation including LL Cool J and Backstreet Boys, writing and producing their own material, and attracting thousands of new fans with their cool moves and handsome looks, LFO's Rich Cronin, Brad Fischetti, and Devin Lima for their upcoming leap into the realm of superstardom. Their hip-pop sound easily crosses the bridge for fans that love pop music, listen to hip hop, and want to hear and see something new.

Rich and Devin are established entertainers from the Boston music scene. Rich honed his rap skills on area stages and shows, gaining notoriety as an outstanding performer. Two years ago, Brad and Rich met at a New York party and, after giving an impromptu performance before an awed crowd, they decided to form a group. Rich had the idea to bring Devin on board, and LFO was born.

THE MUSIC:

LFO's special Hip-Pop sound is a fusion of Rap, R&B, Pop and Hip-Hop grooves coupled with good-time lyrics. Brad, Devin and Rich has the unique edge of performing with a live deejay, who is featured on their upcoming debut album on Logic/Arista Records. Among their crowd-pleasing songs are "The Way You Like It," LFO's first single written and produced by the late Denniz Pop; and their second single "Can't Have You" featuring Kayo of Le Click and written and produced by Rich (which spent 6 weeks in Billboard's Top 40 as well as one the top 30 most requested videos on THE BOX).

L.F.O. released their debut hit single "The Way You Like It" in the US after spending a successful year in Europe rocking sold-out shows. Alongside their promotional U.S. tour, LFO has been the opening act for LL Cool J's 1998 summer national tour, and they wowed screaming fans during shows with The Backstreet Boys this past fall.
