This is my least favorite out of Amazon, Mystery of the Maya, and Everest. I thought that it was slow. And like Everest, it had a "story". Unlike Everest, however, this story was scattered incoherent, and they would've been better off had they left it out. There actually wasn't a whole lot about the river. The audience is shown more of the natives and the jungle. Which is fine. I wouldn't recommend this film really except for die hard documentary fans or people who find the rain forests interesting. On a positive note, there were some wonferfully spectacular animals shown.
