Well, I was hoping that Sandra Bullock's newest movie would be better than her last big one, Speed 2. However, it wasn't. Well, I take that back, it was better but not much. Now, the good things about the movie was that it was well cast and that the acting was fine. The things the movie was lacking in: good dialogue, drama, humor, character development, and I might as well just say it, a good story. The story had an interesting start, but that's all it had. The movie seemed to have beginnings and endings and nothing in between. There was no reasons for actions and it was just a tiring episode to watch. With the exception of one scene between Bullock and her on-screen daughter, there is not ONE scene that provokes ANY kind of emotion. Things just seem to happen. I literally left the theater trying to remember scenes. The few that I did remember were mediocre and unmoving. This story needs A LOT of help!
