I never would've guessed there would be yet ANOTHER Lethal Weapon movie. But here we are, number 4 and the entire cast (plus 2) are back! And Mel Gibson and Danny Glover are here to prove that they aren't too old for this sh*t. Well, like all LW movies, it's likeable enough. Entertaining. Exciting. But, I kept thinking through the movie "when is this going to end?" Sure, in an action movie you have to expect explosions, fight, blood, car chases, etc. However, I think I got an overdose in this movie. I know you have to kind of remove yourself from reality and plausibility when watching an action movie, but this goes WAY beyond that line. Howabout driving through a high rise story to fly through the other side, land on a freeway, and there's the bad guy you've been searching for! And they're not done there. I think this movie suffers also from the Batman and Robin syndrome; sticking too many stars in a movie at one time. There isn't enough screen-time to go around. Not enough interaction with new LW star, Chris Rock. Not enough of the other newcomer, Jet Li. Who, might I say, was AWESOME! He was incredible. He really was a plus to the cast. All in all, I say it wasn't wonderful, but good enough to go out and see and have a good time.
