Tragedy


Tragedy, life taken in an instant
Titanic hits the ice the ship's wrecked
So many lives taken premature
Like a disease with no cure
hearts are so pure-like aquafied water
family unwillingly says goodbye to a daughter
life taken before entering the prime
is what inspired me to write this rhyme
Is it destiny? were players with no controllers
decided by a being above-Is he the holder?
they say the good die young
but i say let them speak their lung
let the bright sun shine
before we turn off the light
she's in a better place, someone will take her place
wishful and hopeful words, but still a mistake
If the deceased had a choice would they leave?
and choose for their families to grieve
or would they stay and continue to breath?
they say cherish life and love every second
but doesn't death take that out the question?
for all whose hearts stop before their due
your welcome in mine, while I shed a tear for you.
