Welcome to Tschuk!

It's football playoff time, though my favorite team did not make it. The Vikings have high expectations for next year, thanks to a high draft pick and a decent finish to the season. The end of the regular season means fantasy leagues are already done. This year, I ran a league that was won by Lisa. Her top player, Donovan McNabb went down late in the season, but she overcame the adversity and won anyway.

Anyway, if you're new the website, it is my hope that somewhere on this site you will find something that makes you laugh, chuckle or shed a little tear as you paruse my stories. For those of you who are regulars, skip the stories. They haven't been updated since last time you were here. On the other hand, some of the family pages have been updated, so you may want to check out the new embarassing pictures that are posted there. As always, my server is a little slow, and the ads still pop up on the right side of your screen, but that's the price of a free website!

The Best of Tschuk!

  • Here are some movie reviews that I wrote about movies which I either like, dislike or am knowledgeable about.
  • Try reading my short stories. I wrote most of them in Geometry class in High School.
  • Don't laugh, but I also write poems, mostly humorous and satirical.
  • Meet my family, acquaintances, and friends.
  • Read about the Championship of the Universe, a contest whose winner earns the appropriate title of "Champion of the Universe."
  • Check out our Nativity Scene, a temparary addition to this website for those who may be interested in it."

The Best of the Rest of the Web

  • Ain't it Cool News- A site by Harry Knowles, a man with connections and a pioneer in entertainment web pages.
  • ESPN- The best sports site I've found. Or at least the site through which you can find all the best sports sights.
  • Yahoo!- All kinds of fun stuff here: games, e-mail, maps, sports. All free!
  • Official Star Wars site- This is the only Star Wars site where rumors don't exist. Anything important will be here, and it's updated often.
  • Henry's Christmas card- an adorable picture from a friend of her dog.
  • TheForce.net- My favorite Star Wars info site. Mostly spoiler-free, but be careful.
  • Countingdown.com- A site made famous by the lines for Episode I. A good place to find info about movies before they come out.
  • Internet Movie Database- A fantastic page for finding anything about any movie you can think of.
  • Geocities.com- Build your own web page. Like me!
