The first DALEK model was created on the Atari ST using Cybersculpt and rendered in a package called Pheonix. The second picture is the same model which was ported into 3D Studio. All other pictures have either been digified, drawn, scanned, rendered in trueSpace 2, or rendered from other sources such as Bryce.
