Rex Rottwyler: Hello everyone, and welcome to another edition of our shoot interview session. Today's guest is a member of the WCA-PAC, and an up and coming superstar here in the XWA. Please welcome, Joker! Thank you for being on our show.
Joker: Thank you Rex, and the Jokester is ready.
Rex Rottwyler: Alright, so how did you first break into the business?
Joker: Well Rex, my dad was a kickboxing champion a long time ago down in Australia. When he was in Brooklyn for a tournament he had a "thing" for my mom and then he left. A few months later I was born. When my mom first told me whom my dad was I immediately envied him. So I started working out and training. Finally when I was 18 I entered a kickboxing tournament and quickly became a star. Then when I was 20 I was in school and fighting and decided I needed to make money. So I went to a Wrestling Promotional Tournament where I met two fellows who are now known as Mike Homeless and Steve Shady. I wrestled with them in many other federations under the gimmick of Oz. Finally I got into a bar room brawl and changed my gimmick to Joker. Joker matched more with my wise-ass big-mouthed attitude. Then I left Mike and Steve and went off on my own. I developed a quick hand and eye and mastered all games. I started to win at casinos really big. I continued training and changing feds I met back up in a few feds with Mike and Steve.
Rex Rottwyler: Which other promotions have you worked for?
Joker: Hmm, there have been a lot there Rex. Well lets see I have been in the UEWF, UCWF, EHCW, WCWF (twice), WKBA (World Kick-Boxing Association), and there have been many other feds as well as a lot of underground work.
Rex Rottwyler: How did you get in contact with the XWA?
Joker: Well after I left Mike and Steve I did a lot of aboveground work, but a lot of underground stuff too. I was working at a kickboxing tournament when I saw two men making their way towards me. I approached them to find out it was two wrestlers for some fed called the XWA. They said they had seen me in a few tournaments and on TV and they wanted me to try out. So I came down and right before I went on the out to show my stuff I was approached by Little C and the Wizard, The WAC-offs. They then said WHEN I make the XWA they wanted me on there side. I made the XWA and joined the WAC-PAC my second night on the air.
Rex Rottwyler: Who do you consider your personal kliq in the lockeroom?
Joker: I am close with Wizard and C, even after I kick their asses in all games and competitions we have. I am also very close with Mike and Stave who I met a long time ago and basically helped me break into the world of wrestling as we know it today.
Rex Rottwyler: Who do you consider working in the ring the best?
Joker: For this answer I am going to have to say Agent. Although he claims to have kicked my ass on numerous occasions, only three, I think that he and I have a great insults and great chemistry towards each other in the ring. I would love to kick his ass in Kickboxing, show him a thing or two.
Rex Rottwyler: Do you have any real heat with Jimmy D since he considers that your Catchphrases are a rip of Triple-H?
Joker: Me and Jimmy? Nah, that was all on the air. I have no beef with him; he is a great guy and will be very successful. Let him think what he wants, I know where I got my gimmick.
Rex Rottwyler: What were your thoughts on the death of Justin Santiago?
Joker: Justin's death happened soon after I joined the business, and it was a terrible loss for the world of wrestling. I send his family my condolences once more, and wish him good luck and god speed.
Rex Rottwyler: When the WWA reopens this September, would you jumpship if your contract ran out?
Joker: Yea right, me in the WWA? HAHAHA I am 100% XWA for life.
Rex Rottwyler: Jokester, here are some opinions on people and things. Are you set?
Joker: Shoot.
Rex Rottwyler: Okay, the XWA.
Joker: Great fed, sure to be around for years to come. Very entertaining and lots of rising stars with lots of skill.
Rex Rottwyler: The WWA.
Joker: I don't really know, don't really care.
Rex Rottwyler: The WAC-PAC.
Joker: My friends and family in the XWA. Great bunch of guys all with the skill to carry sports entertainment into the next millennium.
Rex Rottwyler: Mike the Homeless.
Joker: Great friend, Great Guy, Bad tempers. Word of Advice: When you beat him in poker, don't rub it in his face, he has a hard punch.
Rex Rottwyler(laughing): Jimmy D.
Joker: Jimmy....a great guy, lots of skill, but I could take him any day of the week; except Sundays.
Rex Rottwyler: Tokyo Enterprise.
Joker: The guys we all love to hate. Feuding with them is great fun, talented bunch of men.
Rex Rottwyler: Prez Tokyo.
Joker: One word......genius. Great guy off the air, great at being a major Dick on the air; the man behind the XWA.
Rex Rottwyler: Doc O'Leary.
Joker: The other mastermind behind the XWA. Always there for moral support. I heard he used to be one great wrestler, and I would love to see him in action once again.
Rex Rottwyler: Where do you see the Jokester in the near future?
Joker: Soon the Jokester will win his first XWA gold. From then on, it will be like dropping a quarter off of the empire state building. Joker and the WAC-PAC Express will gain speed and set new heights for the wrestling world, just wait and see.
Rex Rottwyler: Joker, it was a pleasure having you here, and good luck in the XWA.
Joker: Thanks Rex.
