The name is pretty self-explanatory...it's a freeze,
on
your side! this freeze looks pretty hype if you pop right into it from
your
down rock. now this is how I get into my side freezes: (leaning to the
left)
crouch down with both knees bent. now put your right elbow on the side
of
your left knee, and your right elbow on the left side of your
gut/torso. now
here's the wierd part...lean to your left until both hands touch the
floor,
and lower your head. u can either have your head close to the floor,
but for
newbies it's easier to put your head on the floor for better support.
By now
your feet should have automatically lifted off the ground cuz if
they're
not, your body ain't supposed ta bend like that. now using your hands
push
against the ground so that your legs are straight up in the air.
Your body
should now be completely vertical...and now u can just fidget around with
your legs and arms to make it look good...I personally prefer crossing my
legs and putting my right wrist on my right hip. Come up with your own style!
