Unlike the majority of his species, who tend to be peaceful and musical, albeit somewhat greedy, he realized that his intelligence had the potential to launch him into the profession of bounty hunting. Although Cobak has succeeded in collecting numerous small bounties in his career, one in particular stands out as exceptionally beguiling and ingenius. Zorba the Hutt, the father of the notorious Huttese crime lord Jabba, hired the fledgling Cobak to capture Princess Leia Organa. Realizing that going in with blazing blasters would get him killed, the hunter relied on his extraodinary intelligence and abilities of deception to capture the young princess. Posing as Bithabus the Mystifier, a Bith stage musician who had earned fame galaxy-wide, Cobak was able to lure the Princess into his trap.
