Along with aliens, the humans have to deal with a new breed of humans...psychics.



They have formed a group known as the Psi Corps. All known psychics are forced to join, or take medication to control their abilities. The people who police the psychic community are known as Psi Cops. Bester is the top Psi Cop.



Draal, Delenn's former teacher and now the keeper of the Great Machine, comes to help fight the shadows.



Ivanova goes down to the planet to talk with Draal and find out what the Great Machine can tell her.



While Susan is connected to the Great Machine, she sees the Vice President plot to kill the President.



A group of rangers is formed to help fight the Shadows with Delenn as it's leader. Marcus is one of the Rangers.



After Talia is unmasked as a Psi Corps spy and banished from Babylon 5, Lyta Alexander returns. She is the only person to ever visit the Vorlon home world. She has been changed by the Vorlons and now works for them.
