THE PRETENDER
Mr. Raines is another evil man who works at the
Centre. He is believed to be responsible for Mrs. Parker's
death. He was directly involved with abducting the
children, and one of his special projects was
Kyle...
...Jarod's brother. Mr. Raines turned him into a
killer, but he escaped before Jarod, who was unware of his
existance.
With the help of Sidney, Jarod's father
figure, and Broots, a computer operator at the Centre,
Parker begins a ruthless quest to find Jarod and bring him
back.
Raines also recruits the help of Angelo, another of his former child prodigies. Angelo was experimented upon, and is damaged because of this.
This is a story of dark intrigue, and the
machinations of evil men. Jarod's character is so pure and
childlike, and that is a large part of what makes this show
so involving. I definitely recommend this one! Highly!
