Roar is a show that was created by Shawn Cassidy as a summer fill-in for Fox. The year is 400 A.D. Conor, a 20 year old man, must overcome great tragedy and lead his people against the Romans. His father, his brother, and the woman he was going to marry, have all been killed. Along with a group of trusted friends, he must take his father's place and lead his people to victory! This group consists of Tully, Catlin, and Fergus, his protector.

Their enemies are led by Queen Diana, who is in turn guided by Longinus, a 400 year old Roman Centurian. Longinus appears to most people in the guise of a 30 year old man. He committed an unforgivable crime many years ago, and was sentenced to live forever.

This was a very cool show...the writing and acting were superb!
