THE STAND





Harold and Nadine leave Boulder in the night, going to Vegas. Harold begins to understand what a mistake he has made, and Flagg makes him pay.



Nadine watches Harold from the guardrail, then continues her journey.



Eventually Flagg calls Nadine to him and they consummate their union. It isn't exactly what Nadine had expected.



Flagg takes Nadine back to Vegas...



She is almost comatose, and sickened by Flagg...



...and manages to throw herself from the penthouse where Flagg has taken her.
