As Greta knocked on the door to Eric's Apartment, many thoughts ran threw her mind. What if he finds someone else while i am gone? What if..... before she could finish her thought his door swung open and there was Eric standing there. His blonde hair and green eyes always seemed to put her at aww. He was tall, built, and extremly handsome. Eric gently grabed her waist and pulled her in for a soft kiss. After pulling away from there kiss, Greta walked into the apartment as Eric closed the door.

"It's hard to believe that you are going to Paris tonight" said Eric very sad.

"I can't believe it either." Greta looks down at the floor for what seems like forever than looks up to see Eric almost in tears. She takes a couple steps toward him.

"I am going to miss you so much." says Greta.

"Why do you have to go?"

"I told you, I am thankful that Billie got me that job at Wilamena, and she said it may take me to other countries on business. I can't quit this job. "

"I know that you will only be gone for a week, but i don't know if i can live that long without you. Ever since we got together we have never spent more than 2 nights apart. I'm going to be so worried about you."

"Don't worry, Billie will make sure that I am safe."

"Well since you aren't leaving for another 4 hours, i have a surprise for you."

"What?" Says greta excited.

"I'm sorry but you will just have to wait and see." Eric walks over to the counter and picks up a piece of cloth.

"Don't tell me your gonna blind fold me." Giggles Greta.

"Of course i am!." Eric takes the cloth and gently wraps it around Greta's eyes. Than he kisses her lips.

"Let's go!"

Eric grabs leads Greta out the door, and out of the apartment building to his car. He gets her in the car. He than gets in and starts driving. After about a half an hour of Greta trying to guess where they are going he parks the car. He than leads her out of the car and sits her down. He takes off the blindfold.

"Oh my!" Exclaims Greta.

"You like it?"

"Of course i do! I love it." says Greta looking at her surprise. Which is a blanket on the ground, with tons of her favorite foods, candles, and expensive wine.

"I firgured we could have dinner than watch the sunset before you left tonight.

"Oh Eric." Says greta has she moves in closer. There lips touch and they kiss pasonitly. He brushes her hair, as she careses his neck. They look up at each other.

"I love you" Says Eric.

"I love you too....I never want this night to end."

It's now the next day in Salem. Eric is walking around Salem Place looking really sad. He runs into Sami and Austin who are looking for presants for Will's Birthday Party tonight.

"Hey Eric" Says Sami

"Hey" says Austin.

"Hey you guys"

"I'm really sorry about Greta leaving, but before you know it she will be back next week." Says Sami trying to ease Eric's pain.

"Thanks Sami, I hope your right."

Austin Askes "I hope you are still coming to Will's birthday party tonight, he would be really disappointed if his uncle didn't show up."

"I wouldn't miss it for the world."

"Thanks Eric....well we better get going. See ya later and hang in there" Says Sami

"Bye"

Sami and Austin walk away and Eric decides to go get his mind off of Greta by looking for Will's Gift.

It's now night time in Salem. Eric, Carrie, Sami, Austin, Marlana, John, and Roman are all at Marlana's penthouse to celebrate Will's Birthday. Roman notices Eric isn't having much fun and goes over to talk to him.

"You miss Greta huh?"

"Yeah dad I miss her so much and she's only been gone for 1 day. I...." Eric gets interupted by his cell phone. He opens it.

"Hello"

"Eric, this is Billie"

"Oh hey Billie"

"I just got off the phone with Wilamena in Paris and they say that Greta never arrived to her hotel. She was spotted getting off the plane but that was the last anyone has seem of her."

"WHAT!!!!! Billie meet me at the airport i am on my way....we are flying to Paris tonight.

Eric hangs up the phone without even saying goodbye and rushes out of the penthouse.
