Some Facts: Heath Ledger was first noticed starring in the action-adventure t.v. series, "Roar." The show was shot entirely in Australia and its success brought Heath to the attention of other filmmakers.

Heath recently finished a new movie named "10 Things I Hate About You", which is in theatres now. He also played a role in director Gregor Jordan's film "Two Hands," co-starring Bryan Brown which was screened at this year's Sundance Film Festival.

Previously, Heath has starred in Steven Vidler's "Black Rock," which was nominated for the Australian Best Picture prize and also shown at the Sundance Film Festival.
