Finster was, as far as I'm concerned, the only real genius on the side of villainy. Yeah, Rita and Zedd liked to think they were clever, but not a chance. In fact, I'd say Finster's creative mind rivaled Billy himself. Finster was responsible for all the creatures Rita ever used, since his Monsterbake Oven gave him the power to bring clay statues to life. So he sculpted an array of monsters from his manual, and gave the Power Rangers endless challenges. When Lord Zedd appeared, Finster fell out of the pictures, since the Emperor didn't need his special skills. But he did help Rita win Zedd's heart with a love potion, so he hadn't outlived his usefulness.
