Rito Revolto is the bumbling yet somewhat loveable sibling of Rita Repulsa. Don't ask me why they have such different last names, but similar first names. Maybe it's the planet they're from. Anyway, while he didn't really add much to the Moon Forces, he did bring as a wedding gift Tenga Warriors, which were definitely a step up from Zedd's Putty Patrol. Also, he managed to destroy the Thunderzords. Not too shabby... but it was downhill from there.
