Though they garnered the most votes, the Goos are hardly local anymore. They belong to the world these days and reside more on MTV than at the Continental. Nevertheless Robby and Johnny still hold a place in the hearts of their hometown fans who names the Goo Goo Dolls the Best Local Rock Band. Sending one of our own out into the world and then to have them come back certified superstars says something about our good tast and judgement don`t ya think? Even if they don`t play much around their hometown anymore they stiil belong to us.
