Phatfish

Find out all you need to know about Phatfish from The Official Phatfish website. They're a very good band with music that is very worshipful. Though I have to confess that when I was forced between choosing to attend either a Phatfish or Steve gig I went with Steve and am glad I did. Not to say that Phatfish aren't good, just that Steve are rockier and I preferred them. I did see the beginning of the Phatfish gig (it was at re.vive@Soulsurvivor '02 and it started before Steve so I heard the first few songs then moved on) and it was very good, they manage to keep the music focussed on God.

Heavenbound itself is my favourite song on the CD. There are some great worshipful songs. I do like this CD, but I have to say it's not one of my favourite CDs in the world. I tend to get a bit bored of it. I don't know why exactly, 'cos I do like a variety of music, fast and slow, but sometimes I find this a bit too slow. Maybe it just doesn't work so well on CD. ***(3/5)
