The Ws
This is an excellent and little known band. A lot of people though have heard one of their songs "the Devil is bad", and everyone I know who has heard it loves it. Their style is great, the lyrics are catchy and you find yourself singing (well more shouting) along every time. Even if you can't buy their CD try to listen to them at some point (the Devil is bad is on "The Simply Excellent New Music Sampler" although I'm not sure if it's still possible to get copies of that, it cost a couple of quid and has full songs on so is well worth it if you can get it).

Devil is bad soundbite

This is a really cool album, I don't know why it's called fourth from the last though (unless they have some prophetic knowledge that they will make four more albums. It is incredibly lively and each song is fantastic. The only problem is that each one is fairly similar. Also, I am unsure what they are actually talking about some of the time (mainly in "Frank" it basically goes "Frank, is a Contractor..." and I have no idea what they are singing about, but I love it anyway). This album really makes you sing along and it's very liberating to join in shouting "You are the devil and the devil is bad!" Some great lyrics and great tunes. Make sure you don't stop it before the hidden track, it's pretty funny to listen to.
