prolog: Its five years after the rebirth of cybertron, the decepticons have been banished from their home planet and have not been seen since. The peace loving Autobots have finally rid themselves of their evil counterparts, or so they think. Our story begins.
(Our story begins with Hotrod and Kup in Iacons energy storage warehouse)
Hotrod-It sure is boring watching over these energon cubes all the time. With the Decepticons gone for good we have nothing to worry about.
Kup-Listen lad do you really think the Decepticons are gone for good, some how i doubt it.
Hotrod-Come on Kup you saw them spin out of control in Scorponok. They must have burned up. Although I kind of miss kicking Deceptitail all over the galaxy.
Kup-Remember the great war when Optimus arrived just in time to save us. The Decepticons almost had us. Megatron was one bad Decepticon.
Hotrod-I always dreamed to be as great of a leader as optimus but when changed by the matrix to Rodimus i thought it would be easy i did my best but i dont know if i could ever be the leader optimus is.
Kup-You did fine Lad you just lacked the experience Prime had besides, you no longer have to worry about that.
Hotrod-I guess sometimes im just a little jealous of Prime hes a great leader and a warrior.
(Little did the Autobots know Ratbat the Decepticon tape had been spying on them for days and has now left to report to Galvatron.)
(Ratbat flies to Unicrons head which has been orbiting Cybertron since the great wars where Galvatron awaits)
Soundwave-Ratbat returns mighty Galvatron
Galvatron-Excellent lets find out what the Autobots are up to.
(Ratbat reveals that the Autobots have thought the decepticons destroyed and lightened up there defenses)
Galvatron-Soundwave its almost time to strike, the Autobots will not be ready for our attack thinking we had been destroyed, ready the other Decepticons and let Zarak know of my plans. Our new weapon will destroy Cybertron and all of the Autobots on it.
(Unicron head begins to shake knocking down the decepticons)
Galvatron-Whats going on here
Cyclonus-Mighty Galvatron, Unicrons brain unit is reactivating.
Galvatron-You fool thats impossible hes dead
Unicron-Galvatron you have returned to your master
Galvatron-But you dead
Unicron-You under estimate me Galvatron, I have been waiting for the right time to reveal my presence, it seems the Autobots have finally defeated you.
Galvatron-No, the Autobots will fall
Unicron-You will bring me the matrix and destroy it so i can become hole again. You still belong to me.
Galvatron-You fool, you have no power over me anymore.
Unicron-I can still destroy you. (Galvatron feels horrible pain course his circuits)
Galvatron-ahhhhhhh NOOOO Ill destroy the matrix, ill destroy it
Unicron-I new you'd see it my way, proceed with your plans to attack cybertron and bring me the matrix, I will be a god once again and this time no one can stop me
Galvatron-(thinking to himself)Ill listen for now only for now, i will find a way to destroy Unicron. I give commands not follow them.
Galvatron-Cyclonus prepare the others for battle, when Unicrons head orbits over Iacon tommorrow we will attack. The Autobots do not stand a chance finally we shall defeat them. Optimus shall die again.
Unicron-Find the matrix and bring it to me
Galvatron-As you command (under his breath) For now
Cyclonus-Galvatron, Lord Zarak has left with Scorponok and the others and will meet us at Unicron within 7 earth eath hours.
Galvatron-And the secret weapon
Cyclonus-The final preperations are complete and it will arrive after we start our attack
Galvatron-Excellent, victory will be mine
(Several hours later Zarak arrives with the other nebulons and stare down at Cybertron planning there attack, Zarak to his dismay finds Unicron alive and fears the worst knowing how powerful the giant once was.)
Zarak-I fear your quest for this matrix might ruin our plans Galvatron
Galvatron-I must obey his will i have no choice he created me and can destroy me as well, besides with our new weapon we can not lose.
Unicron-(to himself)If you only new Galvatron, your new weapon will be your own demise, ha ha ha ha.
(back on cybertron Optimus Prime feel a disturbance come about him from the matrix)
Jazz-Prime are you ok
Optimus-Something bad is going to happen Jazz, the matrix has warned me of danger, ralluy the others.
Jazz-You got it Prime(Jazz transformes and rides away to find the other Autobots.
(Back on the planet Nebulon)
Spike-Cerebros i just recieved a transmission from Prime who has asked us to stand ready, he fears something bad is going to happen.
Cerebros-I came here for peace, i do not want to fight
Spike-Im not sure fighting is what he had in mind but the matrix has warned him of danger, so just stay ready in case they need our help.

Galvatron-Decepticons the time to attack is now, for the glory of the Decepticon destroy the Autobots, Atack!!!!(The Decepticons leave Unicron and head to Cybertron for battle and Unicrons eyes glimmer with satisfaction)
(The Autobots call a meeting at there Iacon base)
Optimus-Autobots the matrix has warned me of a danger, although i dont know exactly what this danger is we should prpare for the worst.
Nosecone-You dont think the decepticons could have survived do you its been over five years.
Optimus-I dont know, but we must be on are guard and close off our new energon warehouses and get to our emergency station.
Grimlock-Grimlock not worried the Decepticons are dead
Optimus-Just be prepared in case (all the sudden Prime and the others are knocked off there feet by a blast).........What the
Hotrod-Prime it is the Decepticons they have returned
Optimus-How many of them
Cromedome-All of them i think
Optimus-Autobots roll out and defend our planet, and place everyone on alert.
Optimus-I feared this day would come, we will prevail (optimus raises his fist)
(The Autobots run out there Iacon base and the battle begins)
Chapter 2 -The next Great War
(The battle begins the Autobots come out of there base to laser fire, Some Decepticons firing from the skies others from the ground. The airialbots have take off to fight some of the decepticon jets. Omega Supreme and other gaurdian Robots meet Predaking, menasaur, and Brruticus. The Autobot and Decepticon headmasters and targetmaster start battle. Galvatron lands in front of Ultra magnus.)
Galvatron-Wheres that coward prime
Ultra Magnus-He sent me to do his light work
(Galvatron takes a shot from his arm gun hitting magnus in the shoulder blowing of his arm)
Magnus-aahhhh
Galvatron-You fool go get Prime, that coward will fall
(Magnus picks up his arm and runs to find Prime, shocked at how powerful galvatron has become)
(Unicron watches the events from space)
(Hotrod and Kup are pinned in a trench trying to battle the Sweeps)
Scorge-come out and meet your doom
Hotrod-I have heard that before, lets get em kup
Kup-I'm with you Lad, charge!!!
(Hotrod and Kup charge the sweeps hitting them with a barrage of shots but it doesnt even seem to effect them much, they transform and escape)
(back at Iacon Base)Prime-Magnus what happened
Magnus-Galvatron is somehow more powerful than before, he blasted off my arm im losing energy fast (he collapses)
Prime-First Aid see if you can repair him, Im going after Galvatron
(Prime transforms to truck mode and drives in to the middle of the battle taking out about 5 decepticons and then transforms to robot and is face to face with Cyclonus)
Cyclonus-The mighty Optimus prime, you will fall at my feet
Galvatron-No Cyclonus he is mine, Galvatron or should i say Megatron still owes you Prime
Prime-Give it up Galvatron
Galvatron-Never, fall Prime (and the battle of leaders begins)
(They charge each other Prime its him with a left that knocks down galvatron, Galvatron gets up and charges but Prime moves sending him into a wall angry, Galvatro shoots his cannon hitting Prime right in the chest sending him to the ground and exposing his circuits in his chest plate. Prime in obvious pain gets up, Galvatro moves in Prime picks him up and slams him kicking away his arm cannon making it a fair battle, Galvatron transforms to gun mode and fires , prime dodges and knocks Galvatron over and he changes back to robot form, Galvatron sees a small laser gum laying on the ground and jumps to grab it, he rolls on the groun firing the weapon at the building above prime knocking debris on to prime up to about his waste Prime is almost helpless.
Galvatron-I have said it once now i say it for good its over prime
(Prime wondering why his attacks had no effect on Galvatron sees his end, as Galvatron raises his fist and punches through primes already damaged chest plate and pulls the matrix from his chest)
Prime-NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Galvatron-The Autobots are finished Prime look
(Galvatron points to Scorponok who with out Fortress Maximus will destroy them all. Prime did have R.C. try to contact them at Nebulon but for some reason there Transmission could not get through like it was being blocked. Then Galvatron points to a planet that came from no where that almost resembles Unicron. Prime looks at Unicrons head to reassure himself its not Unicron.
Galvatron-In our absence Prime we have built our own new homeland, and have choose to destroy yours. I will rule it is my destiny! This plant is our new secret weapon for it will destroy cybertron with its awesome firepower. The Autobots will be no more.
Prime-where did you get your power Galvatron, I was no match for you
Galvatron-From my master
Prime-Unicron lives
Galvatron-For now
Prime-Galvatron give me the matrix its the only thing that can stop Unicron
Galvatron-You will no longer need to worry about that Optimus your forces are falling to my Decepticon as you feel to me, now die Prime
(Prime breaks free from the debris that had feel on him and kicks the matrix from Galvatron)
Galvatron-you fool now you die
(Prime runs to Galvatrons arm cannon that was knocked from him and fires it at Galvatron damaging him badly, a light from the sky comes down upon the matrix and it starts to ascend to Unicron)
Prime-NOOOO
(Elsewhere Scorponok and the others are taking out the Autobots one by one, Omega supreme, swoop, grimlock, snarl, superion and springer had all been killed the others were still fighting valiantly but with little hope)
Hotrod-Where is fortree maximus and the others
Kup-We could not get a transmission through to them
Hotrod-Why not
Kup-Im not sure but I bet that had something to do with it(Kup points to the sky)
Hotrod-Where did that planet come from
Kup-Who knows it almost looks like Unicron, but his head is still in orbit
(shots come from behind)
Hotrod-lets get out of here and fin Prime
(Back on nebulon)
Spike-I have tried radioing the others on cybertron theres no answer, i think we should head to cybertron
Cerebos-Do we have to
Spike-They may be in troube, rally up the others and lets go
(on Cybertron kup and hotrod finds optimus badly damaged)
Hotrod-Prime are you ok
(Prime barely able to talk due to damaged circuits)
Prime-Galvatron got the matrix for Unicron
Kup-Unicron that planet is Unicron
Prime-No but Unicrons head has been reactivated, I have a hunch that that is how the decepticons had become so powerful, unicron is alive
Hotrod-but he has nobody lets finish him
Kup- its not that easy the decepticaons are under his command they will protect him, so whats the plan
Prime-get all the remaining Autobots to the shuttle and get off Cybertron before it is destroyed
Kup-what do you mean prime
Prime-Galvatron plans to use his new version of cybertron to destroy our home world
Hotrod-Galvatron and the Decepticon built that planet
Prime- Yes, but how did even Galvatron get such a crazy idea.
(Unicron summons back Galvatron but the other Decepticons continue the battle)
Galvatron-What is it Unicron, you have your matrix
Unicron-You will connect my head to your new cybertron you have created
Galvatron-Never that is my greatest weapon, i will not give it up
Unicron-You fool first of all you will obey me or be destroyed, second that new cybertron was my idea, when i recreated you as galvatron i implanted a chip in your weak mind with the plans to build this new planet. The reason being if i was somehow defeated i could be rivived. When the matrix was opened i ejected my head to save my logic unit. I then used you to build my new body.
Galvatron-No you lie
Unicron-Do as i command and connect my head
Galvatron-Never
(Unicron proceeds to torture Galvatron)
Galvatron-Ok ill do as you command(screeching in pain)
Unicron-make the connections
(Unicrons head starts to move near the planet, Galvatron begins to prepare the connections)
(Back on Cybertron, most of the surviving autobots made it to shuttles and have fled their homeworld, the decepticons begin to celebrate and begin to wonder where their leader has gone)
Predaking-where is Galvatron
Shockwave-I saw him heading towards Unicron
Scorponok-we defeated the autobots only to have become slaves to unicrons head, i will not tolerate galvatron anymore, i am taking command of the decepticons anyone object
Shockwave-I should lead
(scorponok knocks him through the ground to his death
Scorponok-anyone else object (no answer), i didnt think so, now to our new home planet
(as the decepticons start to prepare to leave Fortress maximus shows up seeing that the decepticons have retaken cybertron and decides to fight back and land on cybertron, prime sees fortress and commands the Autobots all but one shuttle to return to help battle the decepticon)
Fort max-Get off our planet deceptiscum.
Scorponox- Now you die along with your comrads
(The battle has resumed once again but the Autobots are still in bad shape very damage but will fight till the end)
Chapter 3 The Finale
Galvatron-Ok Unicron the connections are complete
(Unicron begins to reattach his own head and is one again, he move toward cybertron to destroy it in robot mode)
Prime-Stop, Autobots and Decepticons look (he points to Unicron coming near)
Prime-scramble
(They begin to run franticly)
Fort max-Prime what are we going to do
Prime-without the matrix theres not much we can do
Hotrod-Ill get it back, weve done it before
Prime-Fortress can you blast us in
Fort max-I can, but then we have to get the matrix, im sure galvatron is protecting it
Prime-leave him to me, i owe him for these wounds and many dead autobots
(Unicron arrives at cybertron and begins clawing the planet to pieces, fort maimus blasts a small hole into his leg wher hotrod and optimus enter, the decepticons begin to battle unicron but one by one fall)
Prime-hotrod where do you suppose galvatron could be in this giant
Hotrod-I am going to guess he is hiding out in the same place as he was in the first war when i became Rodimus
Prime-Lead the way
(Galvatron tries to open the matrix, deep within Unicron but has no luck)
Uuicron-dont disobey me Galvatron, you are mine
Galvatron-I am no ones (galvatron starts shooting up unicrons insides, and unicron begins to torture Galvatron)
Unicron-Now i have no more need for you, die galvatron
(Galvatron fights the pain)
Unicron-I will leave you to the autobot they will destroy you but the matrix must be protected i will not fall again.
(Unicron stops torturing Galvatron but something is happening to Galvatron, a sensation comes over his metal body, and he splits into to robots two very diffrent forms, one is the form of Galvatron the other of Megatron.
Unicron-I have returned you to you original form, so i could control your body i have given you to protect the matrix, i have come to understand you, megatron, you would rather be dead than be controlled, rather than destroy you leaving the matrix for the autobots to destroy me i will let you live for my own good.
(Galvatron and Megatron lift their cannons to each other, as Prime and Hotrod enter)
Prime-what in the name of Primus
Hotrod-How is this there the same guy
Prime-I dont know hotrod but we must get the matrix before cybertron is destroyed
(Hotrod and Prime charge the 2 Decepticons but only Galvatron fights back, Megatron walks away to the confusion of the Autobots)
(Galvatron battles the 2 Autobots by himself, Unicrons power makes him strong enough to destroy them both, Galvatron fires at Hotrod hitting him in the chest, Prime clocks him in the face doing little damage, hotrod transforms and slams into him, Galvatron kicks him off knocking hotrod against the wall hard leaving him unconcious, prime realizing that cybertron is in perill acts quick, he leaps at galvatron but is knocked back with a foot to the face, Galvatron fires his weapon at Prime hitting him partially with a blast in the side of the face messing up his features and knocking him down, Galvatron begins to laugh but not in his own voice but Unicrons voice, Prime can not get to his feet but keeps trying desperately to stand up knowing there cybertrons only hope. Galvatron walks toward Prime to finish him off but a blasts hits galvatron knocking himto the floor Prime looks back to see megatron.
Megatron-I am megatron leader of the Decepticons, No one commands megatron (Megatron walks away)
(Prime jumps on Galvatro and grabs the matrix with one hand, pulling it away, it gives him power to get to his feet)
Prime-Now light our darkest hour
Galvatron-NNOOOOOOOOOOOOO
(Prime opens the matrix and all hell breaks loose, Unicron starts to crumble, Prime then sticks hotrod over his shoulder in pain and tries to escape, making his way back to where they came in with parts falling all over the place, They although do manage to escape, Unicron begins to fall apart.
Unicron-I can not be defeated (he blows up throwing parts everywhere, injuring some transformers)
(Prime drops Hotrod on the groun and is confronted by megatron)
Megatron-I could destroy you now Prime but not like this that would be to easy, we will meet again prime, we will battle one last time, Decepticons retreat for now
Prime-Its over for now Autobots but at what cost how many of us have fell today
Ultra Magnus-(with only one arm attached)The price we pa
y for war, our beautiful cybertron in ruin, more than half our forced dead and megatron still alive, what have we gained
Fort max-we have gained nothing magnus, war only brings more war but without fighting back we would all become slave, we must protect the universe it is our destiny intill the day we can live in peace
Prime-Unicron is defeated once and for all but the rebuilding must now begin, intill all are one
(The battle is over and won but the cost is great, the decepticons have resurfaced and both sides sufered great loses, Megatrons hunger for power will only bring more war but the Autobots will be ready
