OK People, if you saw Jurassic Park II, and you liked it you may enjoy Godzilla, however, there won't be too many surprises. I was sitting there at the theater, and that's what I thought.

One thing is a little different, Godzilla is a lot bigger than a T-Rex. He is huge. They did a good job making the film. The special effects were superb. They gave Godzilla a personality. He seemed to be a lot smarter than our forces that were hunting him down. There were a couple of surprises for me. One was the "origin" of Godzilla. Who knew it was the French. There was a twist I did not supsect, that is what kind of made it even more like Jurassic Park.

I thought the actors did a good job acting with a monster that wasn't there. We saw the voice of Moe the bartender (Hank Azaria) and the voice of Principal Skinner (Harry Shearer) from The Simpsons. They seemed to bring that humor from The Simpsons with them. I couldn't help feel like it was an attempt to copy Spielberg though. The movie is not what they hyped it to be. But I did enjoy myself, and it wasn't boring.
