LEE is painting when YOU come to visit. She turns around in
pleased surprise.
LEE
Hi! It's about time you got here! I've been
waiting for you...
YOU
You have? Hah! Well, I'm here. So,what's
the big deal?
LEE
No big deal. I just thought I'd try out this
"web site" thing. You know how it is.
YOU
Yeah, well, that's nice. But, how and why
did I end up on YOUR web site?
LEE
Oh, everybody has a web page these days.
To brag about themselves, or their businesses!
Or just to be on the internet, you know?
YOU
Yeah, but, how did I end up HERE?
LEE
(smiling)
Well, you're either a friend or a relative. Or
you simply clicked some link somewhere
or something and took a "you" turn.
YOU
Ha ha. But I can just click right out of here again!
LEE
No! Wait! I've still got all that bragging to do!
You look at Lee standing at the easel, still smiling expectantly.
YOU
Well, okay. I've got a little time. Entertain me.
LEE
You're staying? Wow! Good! Uh...then you have to
press a link, or something.
YOU
Another link? The one at the-
LEE
-the one at the bottom of the page that
says "lee's bio"! The little picture of me!
YOU
Thanks, I figured that one out. But what's that other
link near the bottom? A video clip?
LEE
Not really...At first I couldn't figure out how to
put music on my page, so it's just "my" way
of doing it.
YOU
No kidding!
LEE
And if you've got a slow modem and you're a fast
reader, you might have to wait another few minutes
for it
to load. I hope you're not in a hurry!
YOU
Well...I got things to do, places to go! You know
how it is...
Lee looks disappointed. You give in, wait for the clip to load
and then listen to the music...?
