We are still building a niche for Ethan here, he being one of our favorite actors, but in the meantime, you may see what we have to say about That Thing You Do and White Squall. We shall soon be adding a review of Can't Hardly Wait, which starred Ethan and featured Breckin Meyer (Greg in 54) as the leader of the party's band.)
Ethan's mother, who is working on a documentary project of her own, informs us that Ethan has a new publicist; we hope to contact her soon for some current info on Ethan and his work. (Although the Shea-man, our film reviewer, insists that he saw Ethan at the Emmy Awards, we must acknowledge that he is less than 100% reliable about what happens before the sun sets, and the Emmy's were recorded during the day in L.A..)
To keep you entertained while we work on this page, please enjoy these little factoids:
There is a very nice website for the UNofficial (but about as close to being "offical" as anything on the Web can be!) Ethan Embry Fan Club. We encourage you to visit (but make sure you come back here!).
For the truly devout, there WAS also an Ethan Embry Shrine on-line. But it, alas, has gone the way of all flesh (er . . . silicon).
16 July, 1997: Doing our best to stay at least three years behind the times, we've discovered that Ethan (then-Randall) played "Jimmy Taylor" in the Murder She Wrote episode entitled "The Trouble With Seth." For the benfit of the a.r. among you, it was episode 18 of season 10, airing on 27 March 1994.
