Dahlia Crede is the daughter of prostitute Tina Crede, longtime friend of Frank Cooper: Police Commando. Apparently, young Dahlia was kept in the dark all her life about her mother's occupation, that is, until Tina was put in jail, left in the custody of Ace Detective Cooper, and told the truth by pedophile-in-heat Marcus Williams. Now that this is all blown over, Dahlia was concentrating on her singing and her relationship with Marcus, and briefly experienced some tension in these areas when record producer Sugar Hill came to sign them to a record contract. But Sugar's gone, and Dahlia's again doing nothing.
