Drew Jacobs is the spoiled rich little daughter of Sugar Hill's boss, David Jacobs. Apparently she and Sugar sweated up the sheets one night in the past, and Drew would like nothing more than an encore. Only Sugar's wasn't having it. Drew also didn't like the way Sugar was looking at Dahlia. But now Sugar's gone, and Drew has been abandoned in Springfield, cut off from her money.
