Harley came back to Springfield after discovering her hubby A.C. Mallet was cheating on her. She distracted herself by helping Jenna get rid of her evil hubby Jeffrey Morgan, but soon found herself distracted by something else, Phillip Spaulding's surprising bedroom skills. Harley forgot all about her cheating husband and began taking a long look at Phillip. She is extremely insecure in the relationship, as all the men in her life seem to leave her. However, Phillip has declared his love for her, just as his ex-wife Beth came to town to reclaim her guy. Harley managed to control her insecurity until Beth's nasty ex made Phillip go nuts trying to protect Beth. Harley broke up with him after he shared a kiss with Beth.
