Rick came back to Springfield a while back and became hell-bent on trying to win back his ex-wife Annie Dutton. Only she wasn't havin' any, so Rick decided to go out and get a little saucy. He ran into equally sloshed Blake, and the two shared a night of lonely passion. To make a long story short, Dr. Rick sired one of Blake's twins, found love with Amish Abi, spilled the beans to Ross and Abi after saving his son's life on the operating table, destroyed Blake's marriage and his relationship with Abi, and is now thoroughly annoying. Rick eventually patched things up with Abi, but after her attack, tried to run her life, as well as continued to hound Blake and Ross for the eventual custody of his son Kevin. Rick married Abi in a quickie wedding ceremony before she had to go to jail, and is now trying to get her released.
