The Outer Senshi and Akira were in the time tunnel, where they would look for the holy grail.
Pluto: In the big battle against the Negaforce, Selene needed all the powers of the Senshi to trap Metalia. So, the Inner Senshi and the Millennium Knights debilitated them while the Outer Senshi and the Galaxy Star Senshi created the cocoon that would trap Metalia. The Inner Senshi and the Millennium Knights were hurt and the battle seemed to be lost. The Messiah of Light then used her Holy Grail to trap Metalia but Metalia's sister Beryl attacked the Outer Senshi and the Grail disintegrated in three talismans. So now we must travel to the past to retrieve those talismans.
Akira: You mean we will go in the middle of the War of the universes!!, I think it's a bit dangerous.
Pluto: We are willing to sacrifice our very lives to save the Millennium. If you do not want to come you are free to do so.
Akira: No, I will do my best to help. But my point is that if we go back and get killed no one will be able to stop the battle.
Pluto: That is a risk we are willing to take.
Neptune: Pluto, you can control time, so you know the outcome of the battle, why don't we just change time and send Dissaight back to the Negaverse from here?
Pluto: The escape of Dissaight was not contemplated in the time continuum, it got displaced by Chaos, an entity that destroys the order in the galaxy. That is also one of the reasons the Galaxy Star Senshi can not help us.
Uranus: Then you can't use the portals anymore, do you?
Pluto: I can only use the ones to go to the past, since Chaos has no power over it, but the future is being interfered by him.

Pluto: Because in the far side of the Universe the Galaxy Star Senshi are fighting against him with their leader Sailor Galaxia in the Sailor Wars.
Saturn: We know how to get the talismans but how are we going to find the Messiah?
Pluto: I do not know yet, but I know that if we find the talismans we will find the Messiah.
That way Sailor Pluto opened a portal and the Senshi and Akira went inside. When they got there everything was calm with no sign of battle.
Pluto: We do not have much time, Metalia's final attack is near, we need to find this time's Outer Senshi, wait for Beryl's attack and retrieve the talismans.
Akira: I guess that if we split in three groups we will find them faster, I got this communicators from Earth, so that if anyone of us find the Senshi we can call the rest.
Pluto: Very well, there are only three places that they could be, Akira and Saturn will go to the Light Castle, Neptune and Uranus to the South Gardens and I will go to the North Gardens.
Uranus: We'll call you if we find anything.
The Senshi all went to the places were Pluto told them.
Saturn: We have a great battle ahead, Dissaight is very powerful and we don't have much time..
Akira: Don't worry, I will protect you, I won't let Dissaight near you again.
Saturn: I am a Senshi, I can take care of myself.
Akira: I know, I'm sorry it's just that when we found you hurt on Saturn..., I love you very much Hotaru.
Hotaru: I love you too, silly.
Youma: I am starting to feel all mushy, any more sugar and I'll get cavities.
Akira: Stand back Hotaru, Who are you?
Youma: I am Alpha, one of the high generals of Metalia. You made a big mistake coming here!

Alpha attacked Akira with his Fire sword and Akira stopped it with his own sword, after several attacks Akira's sword broke.
Alpha: You see, only power matters.
Akira: Even without my sword I will beat you, my faith and my soul will give me the strength I need.
Alpha attacks Akira with a flame wave and he falls o the floor, as he falls he recalls an event of his past.
***(Akira's flashback)***
Akira, Endymion (as kids), Earth's King and Queen are in the castle's gardens.
Mother: One day you will face some problems that you will need to solve, this Universe is free of evil but you can not trap evil forever and if evil ever broke free you will need to fight.
Akira: I will stop it, I am very strong, I only need to be strong to stop evil.
Father: You are wrong my son, power will never succeed without faith, you must have faith in yourself to be able to stop evil.
***(End of flashback)***
Alpha: Prepare to die!
Akira(on the floor standing up slowly): You have no soul and no faith, you can't beat me your power is nothing against my faith, faith in my brother, the Sailor Senshi but most that anything in myself.
Alpha: Ha, ha, bold words from someone that is about to die.
Akira: Mother, Father, give me faith, Cosmic Star Flash!!!!
Alpha: Nooo, you can't beat my power, I am invincible noo!!!
Alpha got disintegrated.
Akira: Thank you, you helped me find faith in myself again.
Akira runs to look for Hotaru.
Saturn: Akira!, you are all right, I knew you will beat that youma.
Akira: Hotaru.
Akira kisses Hotaru and at that moment.
Comunicator: Hotaru, Akira, Pluto, we found them, come quickly.
Saturn: Let's go!!
The Senshi got to the South Gardens where the Senshi were trapping Metalia. After they trapped her, Beryl appeared and was about to attack the Senshi.
Uranus: We got to stop her, if we stop her now we will change the future.
Pluto: We can't do that, we will only be aiding Chaos to conquer the past as well.
Neptune: But we can't just stand here and watch them get hurt.
Pluto: We have a mission, and that mission has to be fulfilled without changing the time continuum.
Beryl(from far): You trapped my sister but you will pay for it.
Beryl attacks the Senshi and they all get hurt. The grail broke and separated into the three talismans but they disappeared before falling to the floor.
Voice(from far): Stop it Beryl, our sister was filled with envy and evil, you still got a chance to clean your soul.
Beryl: Ah Selene, I don't want to clean my soul, I felt incredible power and I will not renounce it.
Voices continue indistinct.
Pluto: Now it's our time, talk to your ancestors, but don't reveal them we are from the future.
They all ran to their respective ancestors, Akira went with Hotaru.
[To stop confusion I name the ancestor by the planet they represent and the actual Senshi by their real name]
Uranus: Who are you?
Haruka: I am a friend that needs your help.
Uranus: I know that suit.
Haruka: I need the talisman of Uranus.
Uranus: Only the Messiah can find them now, you saw how they disappeared when Beryl ambushed us. I can't help you, now leave before they find you.
Haruka: But...
Uranus: Leave, that which you seek only the Messiah can find.
[Change of scene]
Michiru: Are you all right?
Neptune: I am hurt but I will survive,...you shouldn't be here.
Michiru: I came for help!
Neptune: I will help you then if it is possible.
Michiru: I am looking for the talismans.
Neptune: I can't help you with that, I...(fainted)
Michiru: Are you all right, answer me, (Michiru takes her hand to check for vital signs) she is O.K., she has been trough a lot.
[Scene change]
Setsuna: Are you all right?
Pluto: Yes, I am fine but Selene is in danger.
Setsuna: You are master of time, so, you know why I am here.
Pluto: Yes, you know where the talismans are, but you are looking for the Messiah.
Setsuna: Do you now who the Messiah is?
Pluto: I can not tell you, but you will know soon. Take my Garnet Rod, it might be helpful on your battle.
Setsuna: Thank you.
[scene change]
Hotaru: Are you O.K?
Saturn: Yes, thank you....wait a minute, let me see you...You are the one!!
Hotaru: What do you mean??
Saturn: You will confront great changes, you had a lot of power but it was tainted by some evil entity, your only hope is to find someone that can light up the galaxy.
Akira: Do you understand what she is saying??
Saturn: You are one of the chosen ones!! (pointing Akira). You have power beyond your comprehension, do not let it fall in the wrong hands. You have to fight evil when the time arrives. Leave before it's too late, your friends in the future expect you.
Hotaru: You know!!
Saturn: Leave Hotaru, I want to talk to Akira for a while.
Hotaru leaves looking very surprised.
Akira: You now our names too!!.
Saturn: I recognize my own because I am the first Messiah. Take this weapon, it's the Silent Glaive, symbol of the Messiah of Light. Give it to Hotaru after you crossed the portal back to your own time.
Akira: I will, good bye!

Pluto: We must leave now.
Pluto opens a portal and jumps into it, as well as all the others.
[ As the portal closes a big explosion can be seen in front of Selene then the portal finally closes].
Pluto: Anyone of you found anything about the talismans?
Uranus: My ancestor told me to look for the Messiah.
Neptune: Mine fainted before she could say anything.
Hotaru: My ancestor told something about lighting up the galaxy.
Akira: Hotaru, Saturn told me to give you this.
Akira hands the Silent Glaive to Hotaru, when Hotaru touches it she starts to glow, after a while the glow stops.
Pluto: What happened!!
Neptune: You all right Saturn?
Saturn: Where there once was a Sailor Saturn now there is only the Messiah, my power is infinite, Chaos is my master and you will be destroyed.
Akira: Hotaru, what's wrong?
Saturn: I am no longer Hotaru, my name is Mistress Nine!!!, remember the name of your killer, ha ha ha. Silent Glaive Slash!!!
Misstress Nine swung the Glaive at Pluto, she jumped but the Glaive cut through the floor making a hole.
Nine: Are all of you that fast? Silent Glaive Slash!!!
Nine attacked Neptune, The Glaive hit the floor and the rocks hit Neptune.
Uranus: I will stop you. World...
Akira: Stop!!!
Uranus: She hurt Michiru and Setsuna, if we don't stop her she will kill us all!!
Akira: Trust me, I know what to do.
Nine: Ah, you will stop me?, I don't think so, Silent Glaive Slash!!!
Akira jumped out of the way.
Akira: Hotaru, you have to fight it, remember your mission, remember that Queen Serenity needs you.
Nine: That means nothing to me, I am no longer Hotaru,...what, I can't move!!
Akira: I love you Hotaru, fight Chaos, I know you can.
Saturn (voice): Akira, she is too strong!
Akira: Take my hand, we will both fight him.

All (except Pluto): What do you mean?
Saturn: Close your eyes, you too Akira.
The Senshi and Akira closed their eyes.(except Pluto who separated her garnet orb from the rod and gave it to Saturn).
Saturn: The Messiah hid the talismans in the hearts of the Senshi so that the forces of evil would never find them. Only the Messiah and Sailor Pluto can find them and after one retrieves them the Senshi forget about the place where they were hidden, that's why our ancestors didn't knew about the talismans. Now they will finally appear...Space Sword...Deep Aqua Mirror...Garnet Orb.
The Senshi opened their eyes and the talismans appeared.
Akira: The talismans!!!
Uranus: How did they appear here??, I can't remember.
Neptune: I can't either.
Saturn: It's time to help our friends, but first I will appear the Holy Grail
Saturn grabbed the talismans and a lash of light transformed them into the Holy Grail.
