Ron Eldard (ER) and Rob Schneider (Saturday Night Live) are bachelors--one quickly understands why--and their attempts to get with the finer shades and hues of the gently nurtured are given an extraordinary treatment by James Burrows. Eldard, particularly is quite outstanding. Schneider is the one the directors have to be wary of: a terrific performer, he has the habit of going disastrously overboard--sometimes at the drop of a skirt. A somewhat plump Justine Bateman (Family Ties) is Eldard's understanding foil.
Promising player with naturally endearing characters.
