Seinfeld proves that an inimitable, colorful cast is what separates a
champion show from a bomb. Despite a few flat episodes last year, the series managed to keep
the interest level high and finished on top of the heap. But truth be told, it didn't have much by way of competition. This year it does--Elaine, Kramer, George, and Jerry are no longer the only fascinating bunch on the block. Still good enough to socialize in the Top Five.
