Marc Wade has spent the last six years a Producer/Designer with Paramount Digital Entertainment, developing interactive entertainment services for Paramount Pictures. He served as Producer/Designer of many of Paramount's sites on the World Wide Web, The Microsoft Network, and America Online, including: "Star Trek Generations" - the world's first movie promotion web site "Star Trek: Voyager" "STAR TREK: CONTINUUM" - the ultimate online Star Trek experience "Braveheart" "Clueless" "Congo" "The Indian in the Cupboard" "Legend" "Platypus Man" "Virtuosity" and the first Paramount Home Page collaborating with the teams in the overall design and structure of the sites.
He also developed the HTML code for most of these sites, processed QuickTime movies and sounds, selected and processed photos, and has created several tools for future development of Paramount sites on the World Wide Web and commercial on-line services.
On the award-winning Voyager site, Marc also wrote the Evaluations, and co-wrote the original scripts for the scenarios featuring the characters from "Star Trek: Voyager." In spite of his youthful attitude and boyish appearance, Marc has more than twenty years of software development experience. This includes five years developing interactive multimedia applications at Apple Computer, Inc. He wants you to know that all the software, graphics, sounds, and movies he created for these Web Sites were created on Macintosh computers.
Marc is also the co-author of "The Multimedia Adventure" published by Knowledge Industries Publications.
