Homeless people are dying horribly and disappearing in Central City. Tina's old flame Carl Tanner tries to rekindle their relationship. Barry discovers someone is injecting the homeless with a mutation drug. Carl takes the drug and turns into a super-being to destroy The Flash.

2: Watching The Detectives 10-18-90
A private detective is hired to discover the identity of The Flash. Barry is forced to help a Crooked Politician or he will be revealed to the world!

3: Honor Among Thieves 10-25-90
A group of expert thieves are meeting in Central City, to perform a city-wide robbery of financial institutions. Barry's old teacher who runs a museum, is awaiting the arrival of a treasured mask, but the thieves have the museum pegged.

4: Double Vision 11-1-90
It's the Day Of The Dead festival in Central City. The Flash discovers he has been given a brain implant that controls his actions.

5: Sins Of The Father 11-8-90
Felon, Johhny Ray Hix, escapes from prison after Barry's father put him away years before. Now he is seeking revenge and a money stash he hid before he went into prison.

6: Child's Play 11-15-90
A pusher on the streets of Central City is distributing a new drug called Blue Paradise, invented by a man named Lasko. He battles The Flash in his plan to make the people of the city addicts.

7: Shroud Of Death 11-29-90
Barry is on the trail of an explosives expert who is killing choice victims. Tina announces she's moving away to California and The Flash is struck with a bizarre ray-gun.

8: Ghost In The Machine 12-13-90
The Ghost awakens from a time chamber after a battle in 1955 with a mysterious Avenger called Nightshade. He wakes and makes a broadcast threatening the city on an old debt from the past.

9: Sight Unseen 1-10-91
An invisible intruder sabotages a top-secret germ warfare experiment. It's up to The Flash to find the "invisible man" in 24 hours.

10: Beat The Clock 1-31-91
Barry vows to help prove the innocence of a jazz musician who is awaiting execution on death row.

11: The Trickster 2-7-91
A demented criminal is captured by The Flash only to vow revenge by becoming a super-villian know as The Trickster.

12: Tina -- Is That You? 2-14-91
Barry is suprised to find a thief..who is none other than Tina! The real Tina hooks him up to a machine to give him the required Alpha Waves needed. The Flash battles the Black Rose Gang who is a trio of female criminals robbing a fur shop.

13: Be My Baby 2-21-91
Barry is saddled with a wandering girl and a baby.

14: Fast Forward 2-27-91
Nicholas Pike is released from prison based on a technicality. Pike is developing a missle that will follow and destroy The Flash.

15: Deadly Nightshade 3-30-91
A group of terrorists have taken prisoner the daughter of a wealthy publisher. Dr. Desmond Powell is disguising as 1950's costume hero Nightshade and The Flash must stop him!

16: Captain Cold 4-6-91
A super-criminal called Captain Cold is hitting off mobsters. The Flash tracks him down as the villian's deadly freeze weapon is used on him.

17: Twin Streaks 4-13-91
Illegal genetic research in occurring and the world's first clone is created. After an error, another is made, only this one looks exactly like Barry/The Flash!

18: All Done With Mirrors 4-27-91
Old friends of Barry's break into Star Lab to try and steal a computer chip. Tina's mother arrives.

19: Slumber Party 5-4-91
Barry runs into a jewel heist and is blamed for the robbery. Some of the gems are planted in his apartment and might possibly be accused of murder as well.

20: Alpha 5-11-91
An android named Alpha is built to simulate an assassination. After realizing her true nature, the android realizes she must disappear and Barry is left to find her.

21: Trial Of The Trickster 5-18-91
The Trickster is back to get revenge on The Flash!
