I'm not quite sure if this is meant as a religious song, somehow I doubt it, but you never know. It is rather upbeat with a positive message (assuming it's not religious in nature, if that were the case, it's nothing more than propanganda). Part of this song helped me to change my life:

I don't know if it's fair to say that this song gave me the "strength" to cut ties to the friends in my life that were doing more harm than good, but it certainly did help to open my eyes to the situation. I've had too many friendships that were false. I would give everything I had, yet I would never get anything back. Now I am better able to realize when I'm being used. Friends that are only using you aren't really friends at all and though that seems to be a simple enough concept, it took a long time for me to grasp it.
