Taylor (Cain) is an ex-Marine, light heavyweight champ and now... a long-term resident in the maximum-security prison known simply as "Retrieve." Inside, prisoners who refuse to buckle under - like Taylor - are forced to serve as "Dog Boys." Used as bait to hone the tracking skills of a lethally efficient pack of visious police canines, the Dog Boys are the pet project of a twisted prison guard (Brown) who harbors a deep loathing for all cons. But when a resourceful young DA (Carrere) connects a rash of mysterious inmate deaths with a fortune in illicit offshore bank accounts, Taylor is plunged into a race against death, becoming the human quarry in a savage game of greed, vengeance and survival.
